Really excited to invite you to hand built pottery workshop in our little pottery studio on the back of Mimo,  in the heart of the Brighton Laines
 
Thinking about getting your hands a bit muddy, creating some shapes and decorating it?
 
This approx  2 hours casual workshop is for you
In this time, you will be introduced to basic hand- building techniques (pinch pots and coiling). Small groups, up to 3-4 people. All materials and tools provided, included underglazes to decorate your creations. Coffee and tea included/ BYOB. 
£38 per person
Once you finish the piece, it stays in the studio to dry. After glazing and firing (I take care of it), the piece should be ready to collect in about 4-6 weeks - I will message you once the piece is ready.You will be limited to one small item. If you make any extra pieces during the workshop, you can pay £5 to have them fired

FIRING YOUR POTTERY 
Clay is the most wonderful material to work (of course I am biased;) but please be aware that it can break or even explode in the kiln. I always put maximum attention in placing and firing the pieces in the kiln, but VERY occasionally the above happens, and it is unfortunately out of control. In this case I cannot offer the refund but happy to offer a discount for another session
CANCELLATION POLICY
As the workshops are run in really small groups, there is a strict 48 hours cancellation + refund policy, and after this time the refund will not be issued. Refunds and rescheduling is possible up to 48 hrs before the session
