​For international customers your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and charges payable by the recipient.

DELIVERY

I aim to dispatch orders in 2-3 working days of receiving your order.  

UK deliveries- Royal Mail 48 tracked, should arrive in 2-5 working days s from the dispatch date.

For deliveries within Europe  (no EU countries at the moment), we use Royal Mail Standard International. Delivery to Europe takes 5-14 working days, outside Europe 10-28 days.

For International deliveries we use Royal Mail Standard International which takes 7-21 working days.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

I accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is in good condition.  
 

Exchanges 

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should post your item to - please email annasobaillu@gmail.com to receive address details

The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility and I recommend using a signed for and/or trackable service to make sure the package gets to us. I cannot issue a refund if I do not receive the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

I will process returns and exchanges within 2-3 working days of receiving the item.

PACKING

I always try to use sustainable packing or reuse the packing material that had been already uses. I really hope you don't mind that the parcel looks slightly rough. Promise to invest more in eco friendly packing as fast as I can.
