BREXIT

For international customers your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and charges payable by the recipient. This is now also the case for European customers since the UK left the EU. I apologise for any inconvenience caused and are waiting for more information as we currently do not know how much these fees may be. I'm still shipping to the EU but please be aware there may be extra fees charged upon receipt of your order.

DELIVERY

For UK Delivery: 

Standard 3-5 working days delivery to all UK addresses. 

For delivery within Europe: 

Standard delivery costs £2.5 - £10 per item. 

For International Rest of World Deliveries: 

Standard delivery costs £2.5 - £20 per item.

I aim to dispatch orders in 2-3 working days of receiving your order.  

UK deliveries- Royal Mail 2nd Class, should arrive in 2-3 working days or MyHermes, should arrive within 3-5 working days from the dispatch date.

For deliveries within Europe we use Royal Mail Standard International. Delivery to Europe takes 5-7 working days.

For International deliveries we use Royal Mail Standard International which takes 7-14 working days.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

I accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is in good condition.  
 

Exchanges 

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should post your item to Anna Sobczynska, 93 Beaconsfield Villas, Brighton, BN1 6HF, United Kingdom

The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility and I recommend using a signed for and/or trackable service to make sure the package gets to us. I cannot issue a refund if I do not receive the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

I will process returns and exchanges within 2-3 working days of receiving the item.

PACKING

I always try to use sustainable packing or reuse the packing material that had been already uses. I really hope you don't mind that the parcel looks slightly rough. Promise to invest more in eco friendly packing as fast as I can.
